Part time sales assistant vacancy

We are looking for a part time sales assistant to join our small friendly team. No experience necessary as all training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is flexible to work shifts on weekdays and weekends when extra cover is needed. 

Hours per week will vary depending on your availability, so please let us know what days you're available and how many hours you'd prefer, as we can be flexible to suit the hours around the perfect candidate. Shifts will range between half days & full days. 

Ideal candidate:
-flexible to work varied shifts & help cover when needed due to holidays etc 
-someone who will use their own initiative to get jobs done throughout their shift 
-confident to work on their own
-presentable, approachable and reliable

Some of the day-to-day tasks will include:
-Opening and closing the shop 
-assisting customers and putting sales through the till
-end of day cash reconciliation 
-keeping the overall shop clean and tidy  

Rate of pay: 
16 & 17 = £9.00 per hour 
18-20 = £11.00 per hour 
Over 21 = £12.70 per hour
